Method & sources
The math: days of supply = servings in the bottle ÷ servings per day; the depletion date is your start date plus that many days; the reorder date is 7 days earlier to leave a buffer for shipping. It assumes steady daily use - skipped days stretch the timeline and loading phases shorten it, so enter your average servings per day.
How this calculator works.
The math is simple: total servings divided by daily servings equals days of supply. Then we add that many days to your start date to get an estimated depletion date.
We also give you a reorder date - usually about seven days before depletion - so you have a buffer if shipping takes a week. If you're subscribed, we show how the next shipment aligns.
Why people run out anyway
- Missed doses shift the timeline. If you take a day off, the bottle lasts a day longer. The calculator assumes you take it daily.
- Loading phases. Some products recommend a higher dose for the first week or two. If that applies, enter the average per day across the bottle's life.
- Sharing doses. Pet supplements split between two dogs at different weights? Add them together or do two separate calculations.
Subscribe and skip the math
Most Venasolla products offer a Subscribe & Save option where we ship your next bottle automatically, set to arrive before the current one runs out. You can adjust frequency, skip a shipment, or cancel anytime in your account. See the subscription products.
What this tool doesn't do
It doesn't check if your dosing is right for you, interact with your calendar to remind you, or auto-reorder. For reminders, set a calendar alert for the reorder date. For dose questions, talk to a healthcare provider.
